I broke a tooth & emailed the office. As soon as Martha came in she called me & scheduled an appointment. Very efficient & helpful office. It goes without saying that Dr Classi is amazing ! I highly recommend Dr. Classi & staff for your dental needs. I would never go anywhere else!

Second time leaving a review for this amazing team and staff. Went in for a cleaning after getting a root canal done. Needed to get a scaling and root planing procedure done because Covid prevented me from having a cleaning for an extended period of time and a surface level cleaning wasn’t going to be able to remove the bacteria below the gum line. All of this was new to me and explained professionally and simply by the staff. Elena executed the procedure with care, expertise and overall just a pleasantness about her that made the process very easy to get through. The procedure was supposed to take place over 2 days, taking care of each half of the mouth over two separate days. After finishing the first half, Elena asked me if I just wanted to lock in and knock it all out in one shot which I was happy to do. From the happy greeting I get at the door from Randi who has helped coordinate all of my appointments around my busy schedule, to the work I’ve had done in the chair, the team here is bar none the best I’ve come across and deserves the highest praise I can relay. Grateful as always for you all!

Randi put me at ease from the second I walked through the door for a root canal procedure that I had to get done both from a financial and pain management perspective. I knew what the road ahead looked like before I even sat down in the chair with Dr. Chris Classi. The same can be said of Dr. Chris. Every step of the way he kept me informed as to what was going on which put my mind at ease while simultaneously taking the time to check-in with me to monitor how I was doing throughout the procedure. The team facilitated the best dental experience I’ve ever undergone and for the most elaborate procedure I’ve ever had to receive. Would recommend to any friend or family member, and it’s safe to say I’ll be coming back to Classi Smiles for all my dental needs moving forward.

Dr. Classi and his team are first rate medical professionals. Because of a past illness I had to have all my teeth removed, a daunting proposition, but Dr. Classi assured me that the experience would be carefully managed in a timely fashion. He was true to his word. I was never anxious about the outcome. It was clear I was in expert hands from the beginning and that gave me peace of mind all along the way. I love my new teeth; they look like they have always belonged to me. I love the color, the natural way they look, the way they feel and the way they work. I got my veneer from Dr. Chris. He is fantastic and trustworthy. there was a gap between my tooth since the K9 was missed. With veneer now, it's just perfect smile

Extremely happy I found Classi Smiles as my new dentist. Everyone at the office from the front desk staff to the doctors are true pros. The hygienist, Sam, is incredible and does a great job every time (even has me flossing more now!). Also, I did a teeth realignment to fix a gap and overbite that resurfaced after I stopped wearing my retainer following braces, Dr. Jenny & Chris had me in and out of my trays in under six months and could not be happier with the result. They did a fantastic job and constantly checked in to ensure everything was going smoothly. After I finished my realignment, I also got my teeth whitened which was performed perfectly and very reasonably priced. The front desk staff are extremely welcoming and diligent. Also, they are very responsive on any payment/insurance-related questions, which made each trip a breeze! Overall, couldn’t be happier with my experience with Classi Smiles and glad I found such a great dentist in NY. I recommend them to anyone looking for a great dentist!

I had a great smile makeover experience with Dr. Chris Classi. After a thorough consultation, he designed my new smile and reviewed it with me in depth, allowing me to give my own input. In just 2 appointments he transformed my smile, using a pain free laser to even out my gums and then placing 10 porcelain veneers to enhance the shape and color of my teeth. I highly recommend this office for any cosmetic dental needs!

I’ve recently become a patient of Dr. Classi and couldn’t be more pleased with my experience. I was able to get a crown replaced and new retainer made all in one short appointment. The office is as clean as it is beautiful and their technologies are state of the art. Looking forward to continuing my dental care here.

I recently had a checkup and cleaning at Classi Smiles. As usual, Samantha did a thorough job with the cleaning, leaving me feeling refreshed. She used a camera to take a photo of cavity. In the past I have had bad experiences with the dentist (especially the pain of needles and drilling) but the experience I had with Dr Classi’s was excellent. I felt no pain or discomfort during the procedure and he explained everything to me step by step. I highly recommend this office for all of your dental needs.

I’ve been going here for years and they’re great. Clean, modern offices. Recently went to have a very old cavity redone and they used the new laser on me. It was so easy! They didn’t even have to numb me. It was so much more efficient than the old way.

Samantha is an excellent hygienist. I also had multiple teeth restored by Dr. Chris Classi. Excellent experience through and through. Highly recommend this office for all of your dental needs.

Dr. Classi is the best! I am terrified of dentists and any dental work. He is extremely nice, knowledgeable, and just an amazing doctor all together! I cannot recommend this practice enough. Dr. Classi goes above and beyond with his patients… he always manages to get me in for emergencies and calls me back within a few hours. Everyone in the office is also super nice and responsive.

The dentist office is extremely neat and clean. The doctors and staff are professional and friendly and knowledgeable. This was my first visit. They are patient and overall excellent customer service. I definitely recommend them if you are in need of a dentist.

I Had a full top set of upper implants done by different dentist which took over 5yrs to complete. When a full set of lowers was needed I had the anchors and a temporary set of teeth all done in one visit with Dr. Stein DDS MD. Installing the anchors and Dr Classi installing the perfectly fitting temporary set of teeth . I revived high quality care and it will all be completely done in 6 months! Instead of 5 years . I highly recommended this Dynamic Duo of Dentistry.

Dr Classi and his staff are caring, professional and offers a different approach to dentistry. Having a lab on premise is a major advantage to the patient. The biggest advantage is the doctor himself who will come in pool n weekends and holidays if his patient needed him.

Words cannot express how happy I am to have found Dr Classi and his team. He is HANDS DOWN the best. I had a very tricky crown and veneer case (the two teeth on either side of my two big teeth), with different background colors of these teeth due to an old root canal and damage to my gums. It was a nightmare case and other (good and diligent) dentists tried to fix and could not. Dr Classi took great care and many steps to achieve the perfect result. He and his staff are kind, sweet, good people. .He's a real doll and I love all the gals who work at the front desk and his assistants. AND THE RESULTS - which most of us worry most about - ARE EXCELLENT. His lab tech came to the office to personally match the color of my teeth. I could not be happier. I am so thankful for his skill, patience and attention to detail. Worth every penny!!!!

I am from Long Island and could not for the life of me find a good dentist after moving into NYC. After a few painful hit or misses I decided to try out Dr. Classi who was highly recommended by a family member. Not only did he quickly have a solution that would alleviate my pain (something that all the other dentists i tried could not do) but he was extremely kind in the process (along with the rest of his staff). To top it off, the office is sparkling clean which is comforting. Lastly, he is unlike any other dentist in that he will not try to sell you something you do not need just to make a profit. He only does what is in the best interest of his client and I truly respect that as it is hard to find.

Dr. Classi, is a class act who does amazing work. I am a really chicken when it comes to dental work, but when I sit in Dr. Classi's chair, I am confident that it will not be a painful experience and there will be no surprises. I am very happy my daughter found him. I also enjoy working with his staff, a team of quality professionals.

I had a lot of dentistry done over the years. Seen many doctors. And Dr. Classi is by far my favorite. You feel great when he's around. He's a nice, honest guy. He makes you feel comfortable. He's easy to get hold of. He's there for you. He is very knowledgable and experienced. I have a pretty serious case (because of previous treatment), and i've seen him performing his magic time after time--he's quite amazing. I feel save knowing that he's there. And he doesn't charge you an arm and a leg. Very happy that i found him.
